Refunds:
Once payment has been received, there will be no refunds. The only exception is if the event is fully cancelled. Should you not be able to attend the scheduled date, it is your responsibility to notify us. You may sell your space to another vendor if you can’t make it.
Vendors are responsible for charging Texas state sales tax and reporting sales to the State of Texas. Sinical Enterprises is not responsible for vendors’ failure to collect.

This is a LIFESTYLE / FETISH EVENT and we expect our attendees to adhere to the rules not only for your safety and well-being but the others around you. – Behavior: This is a public establishment that serves alcohol. Outside Beverages Will Not Be Permitted at Entry! Be mindful of consumption and respectful to those around you or you will be escorted out. No weapons or illegal substances. – No Nudity : We ask that genitals / breast be covered but do encourage self expression in clothing choices. – No Sex / Soliciting : Though this may seem like common sense… it must be said.
